BETA Testing the New Arcane City

It's been a long time coming, but been making lots of progress on this in the past few months to the point that I'd like people to test out the new version of the site.
Cleaner design and more extensible, it should make the site snappier and easier to use.

But you be the judge - take a look and let me know anything you notice, like or don't like.
