Drum and Bass returns to Butler Street at one of Lawrenceville's most beloved permanent fixtures, New Amsterdam! Every first Wednesday of the month, join DJ Ninja Papes and his featured guests in an exploration of soulful, intelligent DnB grooves. There is no cover, so visit for just a minute or spend the entire night with us in the mix. Enjoy drum and bass while you chill on a beautiful balcony overlooking Lawrenceville.

This month we welcome Anthony Lee Arcuri aka Cypher. Anthony Lee Arcuri has been around music his entire life. Growing up in a family full of eclectic musicians & connoisseurs, he quickly gained interest in a wide range of genre's & instruments. First emerging as a guitarist in the Industrial/Metal scene at a young age, he discovered a love for dark & technical music that has never ceased. Upon being introduced to the underground electronic music scene in 2008, he quickly fell victim to the interconnecting power of the beat, thus emerging shortly after as Cypher & his now fused love for both dark & funky music has created a style all his own.

We are also very happy to have our second guest Jay Rider! Affiliated with our friends and colleagues over in the Greensburg/Jeanette circle, Drum and Bass has always been the preferred medium for Jay, and liquid has always been a sub-genre dear to his heart. Anticipate a carefully thought out set of brilliantly arranged evocative tunes, as Jay will be drawing from a wealth of experience and knowledge.
