Join us for an all day charity picnic to benefit The Street Medicine Institute hosted at The West End Overlook. The Overlook is one of Pittsburgh’s “hidden gem” parks with a million dollar view that rivals Mt Washington! Celebrate the spirit of togetherness and raise money for a good cause with music from some of Pittsburgh's finest DJ's, amazing food, and a complimentary yoga class by our certified instructor.

Dr. Jim Withers is the founder of the Street Medicine Institute which he started right here in Pittsburgh. The International Institute evolved as an off-shoot of his groundbreaking work with Mercy Hospital's "Operation Safety Net", the street medicine program he established, and continues to work within.

***Yoga***
10-11am hosted by Linds Digs Yoga

60-minute Slow Flow Yoga
Geared for all levels. Movement will be chill & intentional coupled with breathwork & our senses. Enjoy the great outdoors as your body, mind, and spirit come alive during this well-rounded slow flow yoga class!

Lindsey Grantz is a Certified 330H Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Reiki II Practitioner, and Certified Meditation Teacher who has been teaching the gifts of wellness for 7 years, practicing for 14. She is a Traveling Teacher who spent years teaching, touring, and learning all over the world. She received part of her training in Pittsburgh, and the rest in India. She teaches group classes locally, corporate classes, private sessions, and holds unique moon events & reiki experiences.

General admission is Free, and open to the public. All ages welcome. BYOB. Cash/check donations to the charity are appreciated. Members of The Street Medicine Institute will have a table set up with information and a donation box.
