For the final installment of our Grow & Glow Daytime Disco series we're pulling out all the stops with a full scale Juneteenth Celebration blowout at the Lake Point Shelter in the historic Highland Park!

As white and black allies we understand the importance of this day to our black brothers and sisters and are doing everything we can to uplift and amplify black voices. We prioritized inviting PoC artists/musicians/performers on this special day without excluding non-PoC either. We have an incredibly diverse schedule of events from a diverse community of organizers/educators/artists/performers and will be focusing our energy on a conscious and respectful Juneteenth celebration from start to finish.

Arrive promptly at 1pm for an intention-filled yoga flow lead by Cosmic Roots Health and stay throughout the afternoon to soak in our jam-packed lineup of workshops, spoken word performances and 4 sets of incredible live music! We'll be blessed with proper sets from live bands:

Zero Fossil & Manifest Sound System will be providing high definition, 100% solar-powered audio and we'll be accompanied by live painters, artists & food vendors for the duration of the day.

Covid-safety will be in effect with a required red/yellow/green wristband system upon check-in.
