🔥🔥Odi 🔥🔥
(Digital Konfusion/Konkrete Jungle OG/Proper Worldwide/Cincinnati Jungle/Boomslang Recordings/Elm Imprint/Jungle Sky Records)
(Cincinnati)

A true legend, Bronx-born Carlos “Odi” Castillo is not only one of the most highly-respected DJs in the stateside jungle scene, but in great part responsible for its stylistic evolution in NYC. He got his big break after high school, when promoting for the famous mid-90’s NASA rave parties grew into a steady DJing slot. Back then, the 90’s electronica wave was called “breaks” or “techno,” until Odi and some childhood friends who shared a lifestyle, culture and musical interest began pumping out electronic records with their own signature twist. Having grown up on 125th street in Harlem, Odi began to introduce the hip hop elements that helped create and push the jungle sound. It has been the defining style of NYC and the east coast in general since 1997, when the Digital Konfusion crew formed their own eponymous record label and began spinning at NYC’s most dedicated weekly jungle party: Konkrete Jungle. Eventually Odi caught the ears of TC IZLAM, the international spokesman for the respected Hip Hop society Zulu Nation. He was initiated in 2003, making him the first junglist to enter the organization. Odi and his record label have remained prolific ever since, DJing across the nation and producing for multiple other artists.

đź‘ŠDropset (C4C/Korsakov/Kill Tomorrow/Abducted)(Pittsburgh)
vs.
Native Impulse (412 Boss Crew)(Pittsburgh)đź‘Š

Dropset - The Pittsburgh born and bred bodybuilder / personal trainer turned neuro prodigy has had at it for quite some time and the results are starting to stack up considerably in his favour. After having circled around the American usual suspects Divination Recordings and Abducted LTD, he’s finally graduated towards Europe with releases on C4C, Korsakov Music, ProtoCode, and Kill Tomorrow. His tracks have had DJ support from artists such as Noisia, Burr Oak, and John B. Dropset has also been featured by UKF, DJ Mag, and RedBull Music. As promising a trajectory as any.
Native Impulse - he’s been immersed in the sounds of Drum & Bass since 2008. Native Impulse has been Working hard to perfect his craft - and it shows, with his various styles of mixing and his intelligent track selection.

SUPPORTED BY:

đź’ĄKinetik
(Bass Music)
(Pittsburgh, PA)

Blake Rodrian, better known by his alias Kinetik, has been rousing dance floors since 2010. As his moniker suggests, the man is a force of energy, an endless pool of emotion that spills into the crowd the moment he takes the stage. Hailing from Pittsburgh, Kinetik has developed his skill and sound over a lengthy career, playing for countless sold out shows and festivals supporting some of the top EDM artists in the world. When asked what a Kinetik set may sound like, your guess is as good as mine. Whether he is slaying a crowd of bass music fans, bouncing with house heads, or serenading you with chill vibes; Kinetik is, in a word, dynamic. Known for his live vocal mashups combining pop and hip hop vocals with today's hottest tracks, he makes every set a memorable and intimate experience.

đź’ĄEarl Banger (aka Konverge)
[DNA] (Pittsburgh)

EB has been showcasing his love for the grimey natured beats since stepping behind the decks in 2009. Starting out with dropping dubstep all over the 412, he quickly evolved into the nasty wobbles of his Drum & Bass sets today, inspired by greats such as Black Sun Empire and Telekinesis.

đź’ĄDrucifer
(DNA, Partners in Crime) (Pittsburgh)

Drucifer has been popping up all over Pittsburgh these days, and for very good reason. She’s been spinning tunes for quite some time now, & really dug her heels in over the last five years. Her Drum & Bass and House sets leave you with no choice but to MOVE. With many musical influences including Monrroe, Flava D, Riya, & Lady Gaga, she is always working on her fun & innovative style. Drucifer is also Partner #1 of Partners in Crime.
