BUSCRATES
Buscrates is a DJ, musician, and vinyl junkie from the Steel City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Although he has a wide range of inspirations, the most influential are the drum machine and synth heavy grooves of early-mid 80s boogie and the sample laden, neck snapping MPC sequences of early 90s hip-hop.His productions can lean one way or the other, or be a mixture of both. In addition to his vast knowledge of music, he has lately become known for being an analog synthesizer aficionado. Buscrates home setup includes a Rhodes, Clavinet D6, several Moog synthesizers, and many others, a quantum leap of sorts from the minimal setup on which he began producing tracks: an Ensoniq EPS sampler, an off-brand DJ turntable, and stacks of records.

C. SCOTT
C.Scott is a Pittsburgh-based producer, bassist, & DJ. Known for his hip-hop & house productions, genre-spanning DJ sets, and work as a bassist, Scott has been a fixture of the Pittsburgh music scene for several years. C.Scott’s music draws influence from his eclectic crate digging sensibilities and his ear for lush-yet-rugged grooves.

PVKVSV
pvkvsv (pah•kah'•sah) is a producer, beatmaker, and DJ from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In his music production he expands upon jazz and hip-hop roots & incorporates electronic elements as well as samples from music that moves. His instrumentals are often topped with environmental nature cues to create a more immersive experience for listeners to ground themselves in. pvkvsv released his first album, peels 2, in January 2019 as part of the Stacks Collection by the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. On MSYH.FM, a Pittsburgh-based independent radio platform, pvkvsv also curates an eclectic mix series called Currents.
