From November 16-19, the highly regarded Pittsburgh Shorts and Script Competition will showcase 15 blocks of short films including dramas, comedies, and “Chiller Theater” selections at the Harris Theater, with additional blocks available virtually. The films come from 21 different countries. Films from past festivals later went on to win Academy Awards, so catch them now! In addition, there will be Q&As with cast and crew, parties, a free block of family films, and more. The festival also includes a live performance of four short scripts and a filmmaker conference with some great industry advice and a keynote address by actress Justine Bateman.
