I'm having an open improv session at RHS for my birthday!! This will feature live performances by as many of my friends as I can get together. Performers will be put together in ad hoc groups and there will probably be a large all-together set at some point.
This will be a night of pure free improvisation in novel circumstances - don't expect to show up and play a set of covers or your own songs. That said, if you're comfortable improvising I'd love for you to come play! And if you don't wanna play, come by and hang out anyway!
Let the aleatory flows pierce your very spirit on this, the arbitrary annual date of my entry into the everyday world of bodies.
