ROBERTO DELIRA: "Reconstruction/Destruction" album, 2022.
Roberto Delira: Reconstruction/destruction
This is the next musical proposal of the multi-instrumentalist Robert Delira Jaworski, known to the audience as the "brain" of the Polish experimental-folk band Żywiołak. Among others, his music is featured in video games such as World of Tanks and The Witcher.
In his solo version, he experiences a kind of "romance" with the baroque lute. Here, in a natural way, he extracts sounds that go beyond the mainstream of reconstructed music.
Like his favorite lutenists, Totte Mattson and Jozef Van Wissem, the artist takes listeners to the world of dreamlike sounds and hypnotic compositions that escape the conventions of early music. He juxtaposes his own melodies in a dreamlike way and does not shy away from his own arrangements of contemporary music.
The artist carefully used the time of the pandemic to release his debut album "Kontinuum": https://karrot.pl/album/kontinuum/ in which he draws his magic of sound from the threads of the history of Polish alchemy. "Reconstruction" is his follow-up release on the Karrot Kommando label.
