HOT MASS w/ Kyle Hall, Gusto, Naeem

This October, DETOUR is excited to welcome Detroit legend Kyle Hall to the Hot Mass decks for his Pittsburgh debut.

Renowned for his innovative approach to house and techno, Kyle Hall has been hailed as one of the most talented DJs and producers in the game by Detroit icons like Theo Parrish and the late Mike Huckaby. From releasing experimental electronic tracks at age 11 to more recent house and techno cuts on Hyperdub, Apron, and his own labels Wild Oats and Forget The Clock, Kyle Hall has crafted a signature style. His sound blends sweet, jazzy pianos, harmonically rich basslines, and probing synth lines, all grounded by house music’s 4/4 pulse and supplemented by the occasional sumptuously textured, analog, hard hitting club banger.

Opening the night will be DETOUR's own Gusto, serving up his distinctive mix of house and techno, while DETOUR's Naeem will be closing the night out in style.
