Filament is an avant-garde jazz trio featuring longtime friends and collaborators Alex Carter (saxophone), Tobe Tsuchiya (piano), and Danilo Randjic-Coleman (bass). Formed in early 2024, the group draws inspiration from a wide spectrum of genres—ranging from film scores and chamber music to death metal. Their debut EP was released in March 2025.
