Friends & Neighbors is a fierce and expressive Norwegian quintet pushing the boundaries of modern jazz. Featuring saxophonist and clarinetist Fredrik Ljungkvist, the band also includes Thomas Johansson (trumpet), Oscar Grönberg (piano), Jon Rune Strøm (double bass), and Tollef Østvang (drums). Known for intense interplay and melodic improvisation, this ensemble continues the Nordic free jazz legacy in their own energetic language.
