Drift Terrain: Multi-Movement Soundscape Performance

Immersive experimental soundscape performance at PearlArts

Drift Terrain is a multi-movement continuous soundscape performance curated by Soy Sos Stuff Sound Rec and T.E.A.E. The event is shaped through live collaboration between acoustic and electronic musicians whose performances weave and overlap in a slow, evolving drift. As sound and motion rise, recede, and reconfigure, audiences are invited into a meditative environment where they may move freely through the space or settle into stillness.

Presented in the front dance studio (Move 1) at PearlArts Movement & Sound, Drift Terrain unfolds as an ever-changing landscape of layered sound, texture, and listening. This edition features Trē Seguritan Abalos on flutes, Dariya Scott on voice, Drew Collins on double bass, and Herman "Soy Sos" Pearl on electronics and live processing.
