A 1999 Pittsburgh rave night called Refresh, featuring nine DJs spanning speed garage, drum & bass, breaks, hard acid techno, house, booty house, jump-up, and progressive styles.
Refresh hits Pittsburgh, PA on December 3, 1999, bringing together a diverse lineup of regional DJs across multiple electronic genres. The night starts at 10pm with a $15 admission at the door.
