Guided deep listening and progressive muscle relaxation at 3:30pm and then a mix of expansive instrumentals and vocals from me and Heather !

Bring a cozy blanket or yoga mat and maybe some journaling or drawing materials and relax into the music. Come and go as you please or just chill out for 2 hours in the ambience.
