For many of us, there was a part us that was once condemned by society--through censorship, religious shame, and various forms of hatred and attempted indoctrination. They called us sinners. Blasphemous. Devil children. Satan worshippers. Hell, they probably still do.
So this June 6th, we celebrate that. The occult movement of the 70s. The Satanic Panic of the 80s. Subcultures that would pave the way for the way for the sexual, musical, and religious freedom we have today.
At the Gloom Room, we welcome people from ALL walks of life: Satanists, allies, Pagans, vampires, witches, queers, and all other religious or non-religious freaks alike, free from hatred.
Come dance to your soul's content and set your inner demons free. DJ @djkellya and I will be spinning plenty of banned tunes for your dark and violent hearts.
Dress Code: occultist, ritualistic, satanic; like your local pastor's worst nightmare.
Absolutely no sacrifice or harm of any living being will be tolerated at the Gloom Room. Please leave sharp weapons at home. Fake blood will be provided.
